Applicants must be enrolled, matriculated in a degree program at an accredited U.S. college, pursuing a Bachelor's degree as a full-time student during the forthcoming academic year, maintaining a "B" average, ranked in the upper fourth of his or her class, be a U.S. citizen, national or resident alien (resident aliens must include a letter of the nominee's intent to become a U.S. citizen and a photocopy of the Alien Registration Card) and have selected a field of study that will permit admission to a graduate or professional program in preparation for a career in mathematics, the natural sciences, or engineering.

If I am going to be enrolled at a UW school for Pre-Pharmacy and meet all of the other criteria am I eligable for this government grant.

Hi, My name is Anthony Heath, I am currently attending Idaho State University and working towards my Bachelours degree in Sociology. I would like to recieve some grant money so I can continue to go to school. I have just lost my job (due to loss of contract) and I am in dire need of money in order to continue my education. I am close to earning my degree (82 Credits) and it would be great if I can stay in school and finish getting my degree.

Hi, My name is Petya Makarov, and I am a freshman at Eastern Michigan, and going for a Bachelors in Architecture. The first semester I was in college I got onto the Deans list. I would of been a junior by this time if it wasnt for the terrible back pains that I had. And only this February I had back surgery, which I am just recovering from. But the problem is that I cant work for a long time. And so I would like to recieve some grant money, so I can be able to quickly catch up to my classmates, and go to University of Michigan next year.
